Agenda
The Agenda for meetings is published at least 3 clear days before a meeting (excluding the days of issue and meeting) Sundays, days of Christmas, Easter and Bank Holidays and days appointed for public thanksgiving or mourning. The Agenda will detail the time and place of the meeting and will be displayed on the Parish Council Notice Boards in addition to the website.
Minutes
Decisions have been taken and these need to be implemented. The clerk or the minuting secretary will write the minutes as a legal record of what was decided at the meeting. It is important that the minutes are accurate and therefore the minutes of the last Monthly and Planning meeting are confirmed and signed at the start of the next Monthly meeting. The minutes will record clearly the actions to be taken following the meeting.
