Weather conditions - Snow in particular: There have been H&S concerns in the past when it comes to clearing snow from pavements. Although this should be carried out in a responsible manner there is no reason why residents should not do this. To see guidance and advice on this subject, please refer to the following website where you will also see what plans are in place for gritting and a list of frequently asked questions about winter highway maintenance.

The Agenda for meetings is published at least 3 clear days before a meeting (excluding the days of issue and meeting) Sundays, days of Christmas, Easter and Bank Holidays and days appointed for public thanksgiving or mourning. The Agenda will detail the time and place of the meeting and will be displayed on the Parish Council Notice Boards in addition to the website.

Decisions have been taken and these need to be implemented. The clerk or the minuting secretary will write the minutes as a legal record of what was decided at the meeting. It is important that the minutes are accurate and therefore the minutes of the last Monthly and Planning meeting are confirmed and signed at the start of the next Monthly meeting. The minutes will record clearly the actions to be taken following the meeting.
