A new contractor has begun cutting the grass within the village this morning.

Grass Cutting Update
We are very sorry that grass cutting around the village, and in the cemetery, has not been completed over the past few weeks.
We are currently pursuing options to arrange a short term solution and hopefully you will very soon see an improvement.

Grass Cutting
Unfortunately we currently have no contract provision for cutting the village grass areas.
We are working on a solution and will update as this develops.

Grass Cutting
The Parish Council is aware that the condition of the grass areas in the village is well below the standard we all would expect.
We have recently been working closely with our contractor who has apologised for the situation. There is now a plan to rectify and manage the cutting to an acceptable level.
Work will be commencing tomorrow with the cemetery and then expand out to encompass all areas as soon... Read More »
