Unfortunately the speaker booked for Monday's meeting has had to cancel due to family illness.

We are extremely lucky that Denise had managed to pull out all the stops and the subject of the talk will be Tooley's Boatyard and the Oxford Canal by Matthew Armitage. The oldest working dry dock on the Inland Waterways has been in continuous use since 1790. Many of you may have visited the boatyard during Banbury Canal Day and Matthew has many new and fascinating tales to tell since his last visit to us in 2008.

Hope to see you at Middleton Cheney library - 7.30pm.
